2. Quote and contact forms

When you use our quote or contact form, we process the details you enter (e.g. name, company, email, phone, country, delivery location, product, message and any file you upload) to answer your request and prepare a quote. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (responding to enquiries).

When you send an order from the cart, we process the ordered items and your details (name, company, email, phone, country, billing and delivery address, VAT ID, message) to check the order and send you an invoice. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract). Until you order, your cart is stored only locally in your browser.

3. Contact by email, phone or WhatsApp

If you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, we process your details to handle your request. For WhatsApp, WhatsApp/Meta's privacy terms also apply.

4. Cookies, analytics and marketing

Analytics and marketing services (Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel) are only loaded after you consent in our cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time. Details are in our Cookie Policy.

Google Maps

On our contact page, Google Maps is only embedded after you click “Load map”. Only then is data (including your IP address) transmitted to Google.

5. Retention

We keep your details only as long as needed to handle your request or as required by statutory retention obligations.

6. Your rights
